I have recently completed a Certificate Course on the Foundations of Cake Decoration & Sugar Craft awarded by Master Baker Derek O’Brien!!!
I had the pleasure to learn from very professional people including the lovely Caroline Lambe with her wonderful creative insight and Aoife O’Leary who bakes the most delicious Artisan Breads I ever had!!!

If you’re interested in Sugar Craft or if you’re just remotely creative, then the Baking Academy of Ireland is the best place to try and learn something New!!!

The Best Cake Ever!

It is not a surprise that I am passionate about Art, but what I like even better is Art that tastes good! Recently I had the pleasure of working with an amazing baker who does the Best tasting cakes I have ever eaten. All her products are handmade at home and she specializes on carved Novelty Cakes.
Special thanks to Nini Gibson, from Nini’s Cakevine for the wonderful experience. I will most definitely be ordering from you again!
